File handling

Files uploaded for conversion are used to complete the requested file processing task. Converted outputs are made available for download after processing. Users should download and verify important results promptly and avoid uploading files they are not allowed to process.

Account and payment data

Account, subscription, support, and payment-related information may be processed only for authentication, billing, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and customer support. Sensitive payment authorization is handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored in the frontend application.
